Novel, Short Story, Children’s Literature, Folk Literature, Travel writing, fashion and Lifestyle, Artworks Images, Poem etc.

ACADEMIC NEWS & CURRENT AFFAIRS:

Schools, colleges, universities and institutions around the nation; and freelancers are invited to publish news, current affairs, Convocations, announcements, notices, appointments, achievements, awards, and photographs along with proceedings of seminars, conferences and academic events in THE TANI.

FURTHER, THE FOLLOWING WILL APPLY:

Submissions must be original and written in English or translated into English from other Indian languages. Translations from foreign languages will be accepted only if accompanied by a self-declaration of proficiency in the source and target language.

Submission of material in other languages/scripts will not be accepted or acknowledged.

All contributions should be submitted as MS Word documents only and Times Roman font/size 12. Please do not send PDF files. Artwork images should .jpeg in good resolution.

TYPICAL LENGTHS OF SUBMISSIONS SHOULD BE:

1. Research articles: 2000-3500words.
2. Major narrative/research/creative writings/articles/essays/surveys: 2500-5000 words.
3. Novel, Short fiction/short story/Poem as required of the creations.
4. Book/Art Reviews: 1000-2000 words. (Reviews of books published during the last three year only (Except classical epics or creations) may be submitted. small books of less than 120 pages and e-books would normally not be considered for reviews. However, Editors may waive this condition in exceptional cases.

DECLARATION OF WORK BEING ORIGINAL:

Authors should be assured on the submitted material that it is their original work, not published anywhere else, whether in print or online, including blogs, and no portion of it has been reproduced from any other source or work without the consent of the original author. It would be treated plagiarism free if submitted to publish with THE TANI.

Copyright for writings or images published in this periodical will rest with the authors, with first publication rights to THE TANI. As the periodical follows an open or paid-up access or other publication policy, writings or extracts from your writings may be used by others, with proper attribution, for academic and any form of use. Authors are required to take relevant approvals with their own capacity for any copyright material they may use in their work submitted to THE TANI.
